Paleo Breakfast Recipes

The best and easiest way to do this is any meat and a fruit/veggie.
Meat
salmon
ground turkey
frozen turkey burger patty
bison
venison
chicken breast
ANY MEAT

Fruit
strawberries
blackberries
Clementine
orange
raspberries
pineapple
apple
ANY FRUIT

Veggie
squash
cucumber
cherry tomatoes
broccoli
carrots
celery
artichoke
ANY VEGGIE

Paleo Frittata
Ingredients
8 eggs
1 bag of frozen broccoli and carrots (any veggie will work)
1/4 lb of browned meat (ground turkey is my favorite to use)

- Pre-heat over to 350
- Whisk the eggs together in an 8x8 or 10x10 corning ware or pyrex type dish
and mix in the frozen veggies and meat.
- Pop this in the oven and bake for 35 minutes

sliced banana with almond butter and blackberries on the side
or try an apple with almond butter with a Clementine on the side

Salmon Eggs Benedict
Ingredients
1 salmon filet (I suggest purchasing salmon that is already smoked)
1 teaspoon white vinegar
4 eggs
3 egg yolks
1 dash ground cayenne pepper (not a must have)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp almond milk

- Fill a large saucepan with about 3 inches water, and bring to a simmer. Pour in the vinegar. Carefully break the 4 eggs into the water, and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until whites are set but yolks are still soft. Remove eggs carefully so you don't split them
- In a blender or large food processor, blend the egg yolks, almond milk, and cayenne pepper until smooth. Blend in the lemon juice using the same method. This is your cream sauce.
- Place 1 egg on your plate top with smoked salmon or the salmon then the egg on top. Drizzle with the cream sauce, and serve at once.


Paleo Oatmeal (sort of)
1 apple
a pinch of cinnamon (or more)
8 walnuts
2 tbsp slivered almonds

Slice up an apple into small cubes and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, sprinkle cinnamon over the apple, add walnuts and almonds and you are finished.

Mexican Breakfast
fajita meat (you can by this frozen, but best fresh, or leftovers)
2 scrambled eggs
2 tbsp salsa

Heat fajita meat and mix in the scrambles egg
add salso on top
